International Coach | Educator | Storyteller | Leader

I’m Beth Lenherr, an executive leadership coach who lives at the intersection of high-impact leadership and authentic human connection. I bring a passionate focus on team dynamics and cultural intelligence. This year, I’m honing in on what truly makes a team not just good, but exceptional: understanding and leveraging our differences to become a cohesive, winning unit.

My work focuses on helping teams harness their differences– across cultures, generations, and working styles– to become cohesive, high-performing units. I draw on my background in coaching, talent strategy, and global team readiness (including preparing Team USA delegations for international competition) to help leaders build trust, communicate across differences, and lead with openness, clarity, empathy, and purpose.

When I was applying for my role at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, in my interview I was asked to describe the best team I’d ever been a part of. My answer: I’ve been a part of a lot of great teams throughout my life, but I’ve got to say, my family. Growing up in a household of eight with limited resources, we learned to value our family unit above all- to show up for each other, celebrate each other. That sense of unity, cheering each other on, and putting the collective first is the cornerstone of what I prioritized as an athlete, and now bring into my coaching. After my interview, they told me they’d never heard that kind of answer from a former collegiate athlete before and it really highlighted how foundational that kind of team unity is. (It wasn’t my only weird answer…)

In today’s global and diverse workplace, teams often struggle not because they lack talent, but because they’re (often poorly) navigating differences in culture, generation, and working styles from around the world. My mission is to help teams turn these global differences into their greatest strengths. When teams understand and embrace each other’s unique perspectives, they not only have more fun together, but they also perform at their best and drive better results for the organization.

So whether we’re addressing cultural backgrounds from across the globe, bridging generational gaps, or aligning diverse working styles, I’m here to help your team communicate better, leverage their diversity, and ultimately achieve a top-notch, high-performing dynamic. Let’s turn global differences into your team’s greatest asset.

On the TEDx stage

Surround yourself with the dreamers and the doers, the believers and thinkers, but most of all, surround yourself with those who see the greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself.
