Humility is the hidden superpower of leadership. No one has all the answers (especially in this VUCA environment). Great leaders admit what they don’t know, invite collaboration, and empower their teams to co-create solutions. Humility also requires leaders to let go of outdated approaches and remain open to fresh perspectives.
